To serve my clients the best that I can, I need to be fully my authentic, embodied, present self. In coaching, we coaches, create and hold space for clients to show up fully. The more I show up as unattached, alive, compassionate and present, the greater the space for them to explore, learn and grow. My ability to reconnect with wholeness in me awakens wholeness in my clients. That is not a given, but practice creates a capacity.

About ME
My name is Anna Sumara
I work with leaders from all levels, across the globe who follow their own dreams and, by doing so, change their lives and the world.
My mission is to support anyone to connect with their inner wisdom and authentic self to be in their most compelling presence, see the world full of opportunities and to transform their lives.
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC™) and a Faculty Member at Co-Active Training Institute. I am an intercultural trainer and have lived in four countries. I have an MSc degree in science and business management; I also studied human science and cultural diversity.
COACHING
I offer three, six or nine month long individual coaching programs. Typically two sessions a month, sixty minutes each.
